Volcosis update
Wow, it's been quite a while since my last blog post. So I decided to give you a small update on how Volcosis is coming along. Well, there aren't too many improvements really. I tried to add a few things to the game but I didn't like them so I ripped them out. For instance, I spent all day working on a checkpoint system; and then decided that having checkpoints wouldn't be such a good idea. There are a few small improvements though. I did quite a bit of level polishing. Putting a few more blocks here and there to give the levels a more "cavey" feel. I also did some improvements to the main engine to get rid of a few bugs and annoyances. All in all it hasn't been easy work, but it certainly could be much harder.
